Jackie Chan’s Kung Fu Yoga? Fail-lah!

Avoid this movie at all costs! It was a very disappointing movie. The first trailer gave us some hope that it was going to be an interesting movie (like most trailers do!) but sadly, it was an epic FAIL!

There were many online comments by people who were upset on how the Indians were being portrayed, but the truth is, the movie was so bad because of Sonu Sood and Disha Patani.

I’ll quote The National AE who sums it up best:

Between Sood’s dated dialogue and constipated look, and Patani’s cringeworthy English enunciation, they did no favours to Indian talent – even Jackie Chan looked like a better dancer than them.

I’ve seen some bad movies. But the acting by these two can be rated as some of the worst I’ve seen in a while. Even the extras in Kabali did a better job.

The movie also has one of the most abrupt endings you’ll ever see. I suppose the producers were trying to make a “feel good” film but the only feeling you will have at the end would be, “I should have watched (insert any other movie name here) instead”

If you think I am over-reacting, do watch it and share your thoughts!
